You have 30 days to return your order, starting from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns that do not meet these conditions.
Returns are free of charge. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your order has arrived at your nearest pickup/delivery point, you will be notified by email or text message. It is the recipient's responsibility to collect the package before the deadline stated in the notification.
